Can I get a refund of unused GoodAsGold funds?

Yes. However, there is a transaction fee of $20 to process the refund. Only full balances will be refunded. This means that if you have $100 in your GoodAsGold account, only that full amount can be refunded. Not part of it. Note, that all refunds are made by check. No funds will be wired back into your account. To request a refund, please contact Customer Support.
