How can I downgrade to a different plan?

If you expect to deliver a smaller volume of mailings in a given month – perhaps your business is seasonal – you can change your plan to support a smaller volume by logging on to your Account Manager and going to the Express Email Marketing management page. There, you can downgrade your plan according to your business needs.
