How do I create a survey using Express Email Marketing?

To create a survey:

  1. Click Survey Builder, and then click Create Survey.
  2. On the “Compose Survey - Start from a new (blank) or existing survey page,” select whether to create a blank survey or to create a new survey based on a previously designed one, then click Next.
  3. Enter a name and title for the survey (this is required), then click Next.
  4. On the “Compose a survey - Add questions to the survey page,” add questions and permitted responses to include in the survey.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Publish Survey to publish (open) the survey and create a survey link.
